The Challenge

Outsourcing Administrative Services project. The professional representative body for this organisation was being run on a voluntary basis by annually elected members of council to meet the needs of a growing membership base. They developed ambitious plans to run scientific meetings and an annual conference and sought external support.

Torc Response

The combined resources of the Torc team have a strong background in key discipline industries i.e. Science, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Office Support.

We assumed responsibility for all day-to-day management of regular business and affairs for this professional body, including member communications, subscriptions, AGM, events, newsletters, etc.

Results Achieved

The burden of day-to-day management of the body was removed entirely from voluntary members and professionally delivered by Torc.
