The Challenge
Implementing a new Corporate Strategy. Following a review of the structure and operations of this national membership organisation by one of the large accounting firms, the Board wished to implement the recommendations which included identifying and appointing three executives into new senior roles and a new CEO – in effect a new Leadership team.
Torc Consulting Group was asked to propose a strategy to source candidates and secure these appointments within a tight timeframe.

Having gained a deep understanding of the overall business and the culture of the organisation we proposed to advertise in the national press to attract suitable candidates for these new and exciting roles.
We drafted the wording of advertisements, commissioned artwork and devised a media and advertising schedule which met the client’s budgetary constraints.
We handled all aspects of this new Corporate Strategy project including: screening candidates, interviews & assessments, candidate communications etc., until a shortlist for each role was ready for presentation to the client.
Following formal presentation to the board, we arranged a schedule of client interviews for each position.
Results Achieved
As a result of Torc led Corporate Strategy change the new executive team, including a new Chief Executive was appointed within the desired timeframe and within budget.
