Torc Consulting Group (est. 1999), based in Dublin 2, specialises in the provision of Career Management, Retirement Planning and Organisation Consulting services to a wide range of clients in Ireland and abroad.

We work in a collaborative way with clients to produce the best possible solutions to their organisational needs.

Apart from extensive consulting services, Torc also provides corporate group programmes, workshops and individual coaching designed and facilitated by our team of highly experienced and passionate experts.

Paddy Collins is a specialist in HR Strategy with over 20 years experience as a consultant in the UK & Ireland. He has managed a range of assignments in both the public and private sectors including senior executive recruitment, job evaluation, performance management, pay & benefit surveys, executive coaching, career transition and outplacement.

Paddy holds a BSc degree from University College, Cork and an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin.

Iwona Krassowska MA, CIPD

Iwona has been a key member of Torc team since January 2017. She has played an active role in Torc’s recruitment campaigns, contributed to the consulting projects delivered to several non-profit organisations and coordinated a variety of corporate training events.

Iwona has worked as Office and Project Manager in Ireland since 2006. Having strong communication skills, she specialised in organising, coordinating and providing logistical support to a wide range of office & HR projects and managed business related company activities and events.

Iwona has a Master’s Degree in Slavic Studies from Wroclaw University, Poland and holds a HR Practice Diploma from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) completed in 2016.

Sarah Buckley’s early career involved a diversity of Communications & HR roles in Ireland, the UK, France and Belgium – most notably working on projects for the European Commission on economic, political and educational issues.

Since joining Torc in 2001, Sarah works primarily in the fields of Career Management & Coaching and Retirement Planning. Sarah holds a B.A. (hons) from Glamorgan University, Wales and an MBA from the University of Brussels.

Mary O’Shaughnessy is an expert practitioner in organisational development – with broad experience as a HR adviser to both the private & public sector.

She is an accomplished coach/trainer in the area of emotional intelligence and in the design and delivery of executive leadership programmes – motivating individuals to engage positively with change.

Mary holds a B.Sc. degree from U.C.C. and a M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College, Dublin.

Bryan Johnston is an experienced trainer, consultant and coach, particularly within the are of Financial Services.
He specialises in combining technical knowledge with interpersonal skills and provides a variety of technical, customer service, sales, motivational and regulatory programmes.

Bryan has worked with most of the major banks, insurance companies, credit unions, educational bodies and Government agencies providing a variety of technical and interpersonal skills courses.

Being always very closely involved with education Bryan was a President of the LIA in 2001 and a  Board member of the LIA (Life Association of Ireland) for many years.

Órlaith McManus is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience of working in both the public and private sector.

Órlaith has significant experience in designing, developing and delivering training to staff in the areas of Boundary Management/Effective Relationships, Best Practice, Team Building, Change Management, Mental Health, Disability Awareness, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Resilience.

Órlaith delivers courses regularly for organisations including National Learning Network,(Rehab Group), HSE, Department of Education and Skills, Department of Social Protection, Employability, Tourism Ireland, Irish Life and Bord Bia. Órlaith is also a part-time lecturer for University College Cork.
