The ability and skills necessary to manage and nurture our relationships have been on a serious trial during the recent unsettling times. ‘Maintain & Nourish Relationships during Covid’ programme will help you understand your emotions and enhance your empathetic responses.

The pandemic and extended lockdowns put us in an unprecedented situation where we need to look into and address our relationships from a completely new perspective. 

At the same time, we have to remember about taking a very good care of ourselves and others in our environment.

Presenter – Órlaith McManusis a Chartered Psychologist, Trained Mindfulness Teacher and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the public, corporate and private sectors​. Órlaith design​s​ and deliver​s​ training in the area of Mental Health, Mindfulness and Resilience, Boundary Management, Motivational Interviewing and Team Building. Órlaith also​ lectures ​for University College Cork.
