Presenter – Órlaith McManus – is a Chartered Psychologist, Trained Mindfulness Teacher and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the public, corporate and private sectors. Órlaith designs and delivers training in the area of Mental Health, Mindfulness and Resilience, Boundary Management, Motivational Interviewing and Team Building. Órlaith also lectures for University College Cork.
