• Participants practice new skills during the session, e.g.:
  • Short meditation – breathing space
  • Short meditation – body scan
  • Sensory exercises to be completed at any place & time
  • Mindful movements
  • Mindful eating

Presenter – Órlaith McManus is a Chartered Psychologist, Trained Mindfulness Teacher and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the public, corporate and private sectors. Órlaith designs and delivers training in the area of Mental Health, Mindfulness and Resilience, Boundary Management, Motivational Interviewing and Team Building. Órlaith also lectures for University College Cork.
