  • To assess your honesty – but also your judgement
  • To explore what you consider as important achievements
  • To see evidence of goal or results-orientation
  • To understand what is valued by you
  • To explore your own standards
 
How to Answer?
  • Be prepared with some examples of tangible, measurable, results and outcomes
  • Ensure achievements are aligned with what’s core to the job in question
  • Link to your own professional values and standards
  • Present examples that are real/authentic (e.g., setback with new innovation, or motivating/retaining a colleague)
  • Most examples should be career-related and/or professional
