Programme Aims

Evidence-based strategies used during the programme are proven to sequentially:

  • boost and enhance Mindfulness and Wellbeing,
  • improve Coping Skills in every environment,
  • build Resilience Skills providing support during this time and beyond.
 

 

 

Programme Structure

  • 4 online workshops of 1hr duration delivered weekly.
  • Participants practice new skills between sessions.
  • Additional supportive resources available online.

Presenter – Órlaith McManus is a Chartered Psychologist, Trained Mindfulness Teacher and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the public, corporate and private sectors​. Órlaith design​s​ and deliver​s​ training in the area of Mental Health, Mindfulness and Resilience, Boundary Management, Motivational Interviewing and Team Building. Órlaith also​ lectures ​for University College Cork.
