The Challenge

This company urgently required the services of a Qualified Person (QP) on an on-going basis for two/three days per week during a period when headcount numbers were frozen.

Torc Response

Torc advised the client to retain the services of a QP on an Interim basis (i.e. sourced by Torc but working entirely on a self employed basis).

We searched our panel of Interim Managers and in this instance sourced additional candidates through a pharmaceutical industry network.

Identified candidates were assessed for technical competence and overall suitability.

The Result

An Interim QP was identified and presented to the client. We negotiated acceptable terms of engagement for the candidate and concluded a contract for services. Three years later this QP is still providing services to the client.
