Tony Roe, BSc, CMC
Tony Roe has over 20 years experience in chemicals, engineering & electronics industries, holding several major senior management positions, including those of Operations Manager & General Manager. Since joining Torc Consulting Group in 2000, he has specialised in Change Consulting, Executive Coaching, Management Development, Career Transition & Outplacement Programmes. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
Tom O’Connor, BSc, PhD
Tom O’Connor worked in the US for many years, where he was instrumental in the establishment of a broad range of innovation management programmes. He joined Torc in 2002, where he now concentrates on assisting organisations navigate major leadership & change initiatives. He is a former Peel Memorial Scholar of NUI and has co-authored the “Can Irish Management Compete?” publication in association with Cranfield University School of Management.
Siobhan Olofsson, BA, MA, MSc
Siobhan Olofsson is an Occupational Psychologist and a Registered Psychometric and Personality Test Administrator as well as a Certified Business Coach. She has a background in cross-cultural training, having worked in Sweden for Ericsson, Swedish Television, Volvo and ESAB for a number of years. Within Torc, Siobhan works as a consultant coach to change and career transition programmes. Siobhan is a graduate of UCD, DIT & Univ. of London.
Sarah Buckley, BA, MBA, CIPD
Sarah Buckley’s early career involved a diversity of Communications & HR roles in Ireland, the UK, France and Belgium – most notably working on projects for the European Commission on economic, political and educational issues. Since joining Torc in 2001, Sarah works primarily in the fields of Change Management, Career Coaching and Wellness. Sarah holds a B.A. (hons) from Glamorgan University, Wales and an MBA from the University of Brussels.
Paddy Collins, BSc, MBA
Paddy Collins is a specialist in HR Strategy with over 20 years experience as a consultant in the UK & Ireland. He has managed a range of assignments in both the public and private sectors including senior executive recruitment, job evaluation, performance management, pay & benefit surveys, executive coaching, career transition and outplacement. He holds a BSc degree from University College, Cork and an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin.
Orlaith McManus, BA, MA
Orlaith McManus is an Occupational Psychologist, having worked as a trainer in both the public & private sector, including 10 years as Regional Psychologist to the NTDI. Orlaith’s Masters Thesis, in the area of Work Stress, is the genesis for her Stress Awareness workshops that incorporate elements of Time Management & Assertiveness, as well as physical & mental wellbeing. Orlaith holds a BA and MA in Psychology from U.C.D.
Mary O’Shaughnessy, B.Sc., M.Sc.
Mary O’Shaughnessy is an expert practitioner in organisational development – with broad experience as a HR adviser to both the private & public sector. She is an accomplished coach/trainer in the area of emotional intelligence and in the design and delivery of executive leadership programmes – motivating individuals to engage positively with change. She holds a B.Sc. degree from U.C.C. and a M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College, Dublin.
Izabela Turek, Dip. Ind. Studies
Izabela Turek has functioned as the Torc Administration Manager since 2004, providing a centralised project management office for organising and coordinating all business activities and logistical support functions for our various service streams. Izabela has a Diploma in Industry Studies from Kracow School of Economics and has completed 2 years of her BA degree in Social Communication & Journalism with the Journalism University of Warsaw.
