Torc Response
Torc Group worked with internal HR to design a 5-day programme appropriate to the prevailing organisational needs. An integrated programme involving some highly facilitated thought-provoking discussions/exercises interspersed with direct business inputs from senior management was designed and rolled out in two modules, comprising a 3-day module followed by a 2-day module, with an intervening break of 6-weeks, wherein important cross-functional work-related projects were also completed. The specific learning dimensions included were:
- Module One (3-day duration):
Self-Awareness & Self-Management
Situational Leadership
Coaching Style of Management
- Module Two (2-day duration)
Change Management
Emotional Intelligence
Career Management
The Result
The entire intervention spanned a 12 month engagement with the organisation, immersing participants with the corporate leadership in learning the practical skills and attitudes needed to meet the changing commercial environment – and, resulting in a new and palpable enthusiasm for delivering on the corporate strategy.
