The ‘Gateway’ is an interactive online portal helping HR teams implement or scale career coaching and career management initiatives to their workforce.

‘Gateway’ includes interactive tools and career focussed eLearning/video content, and is packaged into a flexible, customisable, online portal that is updated weekly and adapted for each client. There is also an administration area, for site administrators to run real-time usage reports, upload and edit content, change the navigation and even create new versions of the portal for different employee groups.
